Who is behind Credy?

If you need to get to know us a little better before applying for a personal loan, we will answer all your questions by explaining who we are and what we do.

Credy is a registered trademark of Traffic Control OÜ, headquartered at Laeva 2, Tallinn, Estonia. Credy does not intervene neither on the application nor on the lender. Credy matches the proposals submitted on the basis of the information contained therein to the lenders in our database. Credy does not guarantee approval of the loan application. The waiting period for repayment may vary depending on the lender. Credy does not endorse specific products and services. Any information contained in this website should be considered for informational purposes only.

The submission of the application is done exclusively through the Internet, so you will be able to choose between different options from various loan providers. The General Conditions and the Particular Conditions, the information detailed in Articles 7 and 8 of Law 22/2007 of July 11, 2007 on Distance Marketing of Financial Services for Consumers, as well as that provided for in Articles 10 and 12 of Law 16/2011 of June 24, 2011, on Consumer Credit Contracts, shall be made available to the Borrower sufficiently in advance and, in any case, prior to the Loan Application, in the event that, due to the amount of the loan, such information is applicable.

What services does Credy offer?

Credy is a search engine for fast loans through the Internet. We will conduct your study   among several loan providers choosing in a totally independent way the one that best suits your needs. Credy does not charge for mediation. You will be under no obligation to enter into a contract with any company we have selected for you.

How long does it take to process a loan?

Applying for credit through Credy is quick and easy. You only have to select the amount you want to borrow, indicate how long you want to pay it back and choose yourself among the options we offer. Once you have made your choice, you must confirm your identity. After confirmation you will receive the money.

What amount can be requested?

Credy processes loans ranging from ₱1000 to ₱25000. Within these ranges, you can select the amount that best suits your needs.

What are the conditions of a loan?

The terms and conditions will vary depending on the provider chosen for the loan. It is mandatory in all cases to be of legal age, have a bank account and receive a stable income.

Do you check my banking history?

Credy does not check the Debtors file, nor evaluate the payment history. Depending on the policy of each operator, they control it or not. Each case is individual and the rules may vary.

How do old payment issues affect you?

It can affect, but not in all cases. Each lender checks the applicant's payment history in different ways. Either way, the application is free, so there is nothing to lose by trying. However, if If you have serious financial problems, it is better to put yourself in the hands of specialized professionals before requesting another loan.

How long does it take for the money to arrive?

This depends of each lenders internal processing procedures. But in general, if the request has been approved before 3:00 p.m., the money will be deposited that same evening. Only if there are technical difficulties or it is requested on holidays could the payment be delayed. If you request the loan on a Saturday afternoon, you would receive the money on Monday morning.

How will I receive my money?

The lender will directly deposit the money into the bank account you confirmed in the application.

How should the loan payment be made?

The way to make the payment is the one agreed upon with the lender. Each provider defines the conditions for making said payment.

What happens if I can't pay my loan?

If you have difficulties paying the loan payment during the repayment period, immediately inform the company providing the loan. The lender may offer payment methods to avoid non-payment of the installments. These cases imply the accrual of additional commissions and interest. If all payments are not made, the credit institution has the right to transfer your debt to a collection agency.

What are the consequences of non-payment?

If you believe that the timely repayment of another commitment may be a problem, we recommend that you contact your lender first. If you do not do so, you may be included in the National Debt Registry. Complete omission of Installment payments result in the calculation of the charge, counted against the final amount of your liability. In the event of non-payment, the lender will try to contact you in order to settle the obligation. The lender may agree to than the new loan date

What are the consequences of late returns?

If you think you will not be able to make the payment within the specified time frames, you should notify the lender immediately. The lender may offer you a more suitable option with a long-term repayment commitment, but it will mean additional costs. Some lenders may impose a charge for final payment obligations. What is a quick loan?

Quick loans are a type of non-banking financial product offered by private capital entities, with generally short repayment terms (minimum 60 days or more). The amounts are usually between 1000 - 20 000 pesos, their purpose is to provide solutions to specific problems.

When can I apply for a new loan?

Accepting a new loan while having a current one will depend on the rules of each provider. If you find yourself in the need to do so, it is important to contact the lender and explain your case.

Why are they asking for my bank account?

The bank account is the instrument that the lender will use to make the deposit, once your application has been approved, and to send you the receipts, according to the conditions that have been agreed upon. Therefore, it is essential to have the complete numbering of your account.

Should I provide personal information when requesting a loan?

The lender must know if it is a real person who is submitting the application. They must also confirm that the bank account belongs to them, for the evaluation of their credit.

How can I request that my personal data be deleted?

Please write an email to [email protected] with the following information: First name, last name, birthdate, mobile phone, email address. The information you send us must match the information you sent previously to Credy. Your request to delete your personal data will be responded to within 30 days or sooner. If the information does not match, we have the right to request additional information from you in order to verify your identity.
